Details: Moonstone can be found in many different colors ranging from white, gray, red, pink, and brown. Its name come from the natural sheen that it produces. This diffration is caused by feldspar in the stones. Moonstone has been used in jewelry since ancient times. It was very popular in both the Roman and the Greek civilizations. Both thought the stones were caused somehow by the moon itself and even had different gods that they associated with the stones. Moonstone is commonly associated with the crown and the third eye chakras.
