Details: Perri's Leathers, Ltd. is a family-owned and run business. Anthony Perri started the company at the age of 19. At that time, in 1998, the “factory” consisted of a 700 square foot industrial space, financed only with a credit card. Factory machinery consisted of a used die cutter and a sewing machine. The Perri’s Leathers, Ltd. “Sales Team” was just him and his soon-to-be-wife, Anita, driving door-to-door in a beat-up Suzuki. His business took off – as did the Perri family. The two oldest children, Louie and Catheryne, currently work part-time in the business. His youngest daughter, Selena, continues to inspire a wide range of straps and picks. Perri’s dedicates the collection to Selena’s ongoing recovery of kidney disease and donates proceeds to the Boston Children’s Hospital. Today, the company ships to over 40 countries worldwide, and has over 60 employees, including Visual and Graphic Designers, Project Leads, and Product Specialists. Perri’s Leathers, Ltd. strictly adheres to principles of lean manufacturing to ensure not only manufacturing efficiency but adherence to quality control standards for a unique and exclusive product.
