Why i am printing blank labels?There are several reasons may cause printing blank labels:(1) Before printing, please check if the label side is up.(2) Please check if the label is thermal paper. Using your naile to scratch the label, if the label is thermal paper, then the gray marks will appear on label.(3) Printer didn't remember the label size correctly. In this situation, please reset the printer by following steps: 1. Turn off the printer; 2. Press FEED button and hold on; 3. Turn on the printer; 4. Release your finger when you hear two "Di" sound.
